Before the Bramidan baler, waste cardboard was brought down to the basement by the staff. Loose material was folded and thrown into small bins that were collected every day.

Louis Vuitton’s HQ is situated in the heart of the French capital, Paris. The waste deposit area is located in a cramped room filled with a range of containers, all packed with cardboard, plastic and general waste. Most of this waste comes from the offices and workshops on the upper floors of the building.

Today, the X25 HD Low Profile produces roughly one 200 kg OCC bale each day and one plastic bale per week. This has reduced collection to once a week, saving Louis Vuitton over €1,400 per month. In addition to the cost savings, staff no longer have to fold the boxes – and the baled material is much cleaner and takes up less space than the previous bins.
The X25 HD Low Profile not only reduced waste costs by 80%, but also improved the workflow and hygiene of the facility.
The corridor that leads to the waste deposit is only 1900 mm high. The Low Profile X25 HD will fit perfectly.
