Our quiet machines mean a safer working environment
Most balers operate at a noise level of around 70-80 dB.
Bramidan balers are a much quieter alternative. To put this into perspective, a 10 dB reduction makes a significant difference – comparable to moving from the noise of a busy street to the calm of a quiet office. A lower noise level plays a crucial role in creating a safer and more comfortable working environment.

    FAQ
    VERTICAL BALER B4
    Most Common Questions & Answers
If I am not ready to invest in a baler, can I rent one? (not COM)
Yes, all machines can be rented or leased according to agreement with Bramidan Finance. We offer a flexible rental system. After the rental period, you can buy the baler, extend the period, or get a new machine.
How do I know which baler model I need?
What type of equipment you need depends on a number of factors: How much waste you (approx.) generate daily, what material it is, and the volume of the material. Next step is to find out how much space you have for a waste solution. This information, combined with your company’s structure and internal work processes, forms the basis for which tailored waste solution is the perfect fit for you and your company. Our dedicated team of specialists can help you with this decision.
How to get rid of empty shoe boxes that take up a lot of space?
Our range of small footprint balers don’t take up a lot of space and you can easily throw whole shoe boxes and boxes from boots right in. You can find the dimensions of the filling openings of each baler under the product specifications.
How long is the press cycle?
The press cycles of our machines are very fast and range between 18 seconds to 51 seconds for the largest machines.
Is it possible to handle bales without fork lifts and ramps?
Yes, the B3 and B4 models are the right machines for that. We can set the machine to make small bales that are no heavier than 25-30 kg.
Do I have to tie the bales myself?
Yes. All our vertical balers require manual tying. However, tying the bale is very easy with our unique tying system and only takes a few minutes.
