Perfect pallet size bales
Bales measure 1200 mm x 800 mm x 1100 mm and fit on a standard EUR pallet.

How does the B50 baler work?

Can you customize a solution for me?
Yes. The horizontal balers can be adapted to your specific needs. For this purpose, we consider your internal work flow, waste streams, types of waste, space available and preferred filling options.
What kind of technology do you offer for fleet monitoring?
We have our BRA-IN solution. A web portal for intelligent fleet monitoring based on data collected from a modem in your baler or compactor.
With BRA-IN you can:
- Get in control of your fleet of machines
- Receive a text message or email when a baler is full
- Advise your recycler directly about bales ready for collection or container to be emptied
- Tracking of the number of bales you produce over time

Is a baler difficult to operate?
No, our machines are very easy and simple to operate.
Just press a single button to start the automatic press cycle and walk away. Use the threaded spindle to open the lower hatch when the bale is finished. With our unique pre-load strapping system, tying the bale is also a very simple manoeuvre.
How long is the press cycle?
The press cycles of our machines are very fast and range between 18 seconds to 51 seconds for the largest machines.
Who will buy my bales?
Contact your local recycler who may collect and buy your stored cardboard and plastic bales.
Do you supply vertical balers that achieve minimum 400 kilo bales?
Our Large Size Balers – models B30 Wide, B50, X50 and B50 XL – produce bales that can reach 400 kilos depending on your waste material.
